We stand behind our quality and condition of all our products. Most items are covered by our standard 14 day warranty. Product returns are subject to an industry standard 15% restocking fee. We will repair or replace your printer, at our discretion, within 14 days from original invoice date. Additional warranties and service agreements are available.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement cost will be deducted from refund for open consumable items such as toner, ink, and/or missing parts.
OUR 8 POINT REFURBISHING PROCESS:
Check all movable parts and clean all the rubber movable parts
Check the general functionality of the machine replace any necessary components
Clean the optics and laser
Clean the sensors
Replace any needed consumables to obtain an optimal image quality
Once the unit is cleaned internally then the panels are cleaned
Update any software or firmware version as necessary
